Physiotherapy Associates

I was in theropy 3x weekly for 3-4 months. While the service was satisfactory at this location, they made multiple false insurance claims. (over 2k worth) These services were never rendered to me and now I am reporting them for insurance fraud. They told me I was renting a 'tens unit', from a third party medical vendor, and that they would return it once I was done using it. I returned it ASAP. However, I later found out that the vendor made a claim to my insurance company for a PURCHASE of the machine. It was never returned, but rather stolen by Physiotherapy Associates. Since my insurance company has denied the claim I am now getting bills from the vendor for a machine that Physiotherapy Associates stole from me. And we wonder why our health insurance premiums always rise...
