La Costa Pediatric

The doctors in the practice are nice, they seem to do their job fairly well. The front desk staff is another thing, they are rude, condescending, and very lazy. They greet you with nothing more than a nod, and on the phone is even worse. They are the main factor as to why Imay switch providers. The nurses are a but on the cold side as well, and don't interact much with parent or patient. The office hours are ridiculous, doesn't open till 9am and closed for a 2 hour lunch, closing again at 5. Essentially they are only open 5 hours.
