Yellow Cab

I drove Yellow Cab in Carbondale 1970-73. They ran Checker Marathon Cabs complete with two fold down jump seats in the back before they were banned because there was no seatbelt available. I once carried 13 sisters to the Kappa Karnival at the SIU campus.
Ten in the back seat and three in the front.
Carbondale Yellow Cab was bought out by the competition several years ago.
