All around excellent! Better prices than anyone else and top notch quality, my only regret with the whole house RO system was that I didn't do it sooner!

Bo, was recommended by our usual well guy when he couldn't make it out because Bo is the most knowledgeable in the business. Since that first call 5 years ago, Bo has been my brothers well guy for all 10 of his units. He is consistently half the price of the other guys. He honors warranties, even if two underground pumps get hit by lightning in the same week. He charges as little as possible. When there is a cheap fix it is often FREE of charge, if he is near by. He has charged us very low rates when a pressure switch gets fried by ants and if we want to try and fix the problem on our own he will ALWAYS take he time to walk you through it. That's the kind of guy Bo is, customer service 100% even if he loses a job. That's what makes his business special.

Great service, they maintain my system for a low fee monthly and always answer any questions i have promptly. The RO system was installed at nearly half the cost of the other quotes i had received.

That first bad poster must be talking about a different company (or is a competitor), because this WaterPro is one of the MOST customer-service-oriented, thorough, and reasonably priced companies we've encountered. Bo is very responsive and we trust him implicitly, not only for our own house, but our two rentals. He was recommended by our realtor and has never disappointed.

Waterpro has provided me with a year of exceptional service. Anytime I have a problem with my system Bo is out within minutes with no charge for the visit to monthly customers. He charges extremely fair rates for repairs and has never charged me with any labor fees outside of my monthly bill. He's fantastic and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
