As soon as the "male kid" started complaining about getting fish of a certain color, I got frustrated. He said "I don't get fish out of our tanks".I supported this PetShop until they started "making-fun-of-me", them I decided to no longer go there.I don't need to feel like I'm in a cruel "HighSchool" or "KinderGarden" in the nasty northeast.

I purchased my Min Pin from them and couldn't be happier. The store is always clean and they are very welcoming. My kids love going there to get a hands on experience with the animals. I would highly recommend this pet store to anyone.

I've always wanted a ferret but never been able to get one for myself. At least once every two weeks for the last year, I have gone to this store to see the animals and be around them. The place is very clean and the owner and employees are very kind. They are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back again.

I would never go back to this pet store again!!! Yes they do have low prices but they lack in ANY customer service. The "owner" has a very poor attitude and you get a very unwelcoming invitation as you enter the store. Her son that works there is a know it all when really he doesn't know anything at all. He has no education to base anything that comes out of his mouth. Oh . . . . and don't bother buying anything there because the pets DO NOT come with a guarantee that they are healthy. All these "owners" care about is money. Complete waste of time and money to spend here. I would go some where else where I am welcomed. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER101

Very clean and the animal are well taken care of. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable, willing to help with special needs.
