Affordable Quality Lighting

bought the DIY set, which didn't come with directions. I called, and the guy who answered was put off that I was dumb enough not to know how to set it up. then it came with the wrong bulbs and again no directions. the bulbs kept overheating the transformer. I had an electrician look at it, he told me the bulbs were too much for the transformer. I called AQ lighting to tell them this and they laughed at me, said my electrician didn't know what he was talking about. finally I just returned the whole set and ate the $250, bc my return was "not authorized." I'd rather pay more to get the help I need instead of getting laughed at over the phone bc I don't have a degree in electrical engineering!!!
