Great service and polite staff. They've always been able to answer any and all of my questions regarding products.

My husband and I walked in to buy a ps4 and some games. We don't know much about the systems so the guy we first talked to was nice and helped us out. We left happy customers. We get home open the system up to find it's missing it's controller I call just to double check to make sure it was supposed to come with one. My husband ends up running back to the store a different guy was in there and then starts accusing him of STEALING the controller! After he gets on his case and talked to him like a criminal he finally gives him a new system but tells him he must open the box there to make sure he doesn't go home take the controller and return the system again. Completely rude and disrespectful I cannot believe that they are aloud to talk and treat people like that! Just for that reason we will never be back!
