        I have had the worst experience with this outfitt. I had them build a window with integral muntons. It took about 6 weeks and ther was no way to contact any one to find out what was happening> The day the window was to be delivered I recieved a call that they broke the window. Now about 5 weeks later still no contact and when I talked to the office they said they could do nothing about why it was taking so long. NEVER AGAIN!
