This guy has no idea what he is doing. Dropped my truck of to have some work done on the wiper. They weren't working. Told him I had extra relays in the fuse box under the hood for spares. He said oh that's the problem there not making contact. There spares,not supposed to make contact. So after he says it's the fuse box, which I had to give him the money first to get it. He calls many day's later and says oh yeah you were right those are spares. So I needed a gem/CtM module. I told him put my truck back together I'm done messing with you, get my truck. Of course he wasn't there. My speakers didn't work, my amp didn't work, ,my sub didn't work. And my radio was mounted in the wrong place. I fixed all of that myself. This guy openly admired that he has to do drugs to get the work done. He put on a good front at first, but I seen through it quick. Please don't take your car there. He has no idea what he is doing. Rigs everything. I wouldn't let him even wash my car . So I'm out 150 for something I didn't even need. Tried calling him several times afterwards, no answer. I'll be taking him to small claims court. WARNING PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO QUALITY AUTO.

This is a great shop with Mike as the head. They can fix anything with 4 wheels and a steering wheel! I highly recommend them!

Quality Automotive is a top-notch shop to get your car worked on. Mike Danforth and Jerry Davis were very professional and knowledgeable I had taken the car previously to another shop and received an estimate of what it would cost to fix it. When I took it to Mike and Jerry, they gave me a much lower price. On top of that while they were fixing numerous things (rotors, brake pads, timing and power steering belt, plugs) they found the tie rod was defective and could have potentially caused me to have a serious accident. They also knew that this was my only means of transportation and stayed 3 1/2 hours past closing time to get it fixed. I think these guys are awesome and would recommend them highly.

Mike Danforth replaced right front wheel bearing, right front strut, and rear brake pads on daughter's car in November 2014. Within one week, the wheel bearing failed on drive home from college. Mike never reimbursed me for the parts or labor for the item, and I had to spend additional monies to repair the bearing in northern VA to make the car road worthy. Within 6 weeks, the installation of the left rear brake pad failed. Mike replaced it, and then it failed again. Two different automotive shops have diagnosed the problem, additional money spent out of pocket - with the same result - retaining pins not installed correctly. Parts were not OEM, and Mike assured me he used OEM parts. Always got the runaround from Mike if and when he would reimburse me - waiting for his supplier he said - Disputed costs for Mike's work with my credit card company until I received reimbursement, and his response to them was...I "prematurely went to another service thus forfeiting any chance of a refund" Yep, you have to go to another service when 4 hrs from Mike and your aftermarket part has failed and the car is unsafe to drive. Mike Danforth and his business are a piece of work!!! Buyer beware!
