I had a great experience shopping here for my new bed! The salesperson/manager Amy is fantastic; she had me do a test where I layed on a mattress and it computerized a list of my five best selections. We went through the list and she did not try to prompt me for a higher priced selection, just let me go at my own pace, and decide for myself without being "pushy" at all. I highly recommend this store and Amy, as well!

After a long day at work this place left a bad taste.

They could be ex car salesmen or double glazing salesmen.

More salesmen than mattresses and they must be on commission. If you like pressure sales you will love this place.

I should have realized why the lady leaving the store did not look happy, but within the first 30 seconds of walking in I switched off and was not getting a bed, even if it was free.

If you look like you are going to leave they use the old technique of bringing in another salesperson or supervisor, also the prices on the beds are very high, but apparently not what you pay…… another old technique.

They may have some low prices, but I’m not sure.

they have the worst coffee i have ever tasted and they are way too high
