I think many folks who purchase a system from ADT should first call up Corporate see what the best current deal is directly with them as opposed to just a random licensed distributor. You might even get a better deal with going directly with ADT.They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!!

Very easy going and didn't have an agenda or bad quality to him at all. Based only on this sales rep I signed up for ADT service.

Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again.
