Chopps American Bar and Grill features an elevated chef’s table with seating for ten and shares a large u-shaped bar and communal table with the Greatroom, an open and inviting public space filled with original art, cozy nooks, large screen TVs and the latest technology. Guests can enjoy Chopps for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and meet in the Greatroom for drinks, tasty appetizers, and snacks served on small plates. Chopps’ menu is the joint creation of nationally acclaimed Consulting Chef Daniel Bruce and Chef de Cuisine, David Verdo.
