First off let me tell you that what the other reviews have stated are true. The place is a disgusting, smelly mess. I helped my friend take her sick cat in last September and they told us he needed bowel surgery so we said ok and the kitty made it through. 2 days later he died in the kennel. I really feel like this was their fault because there was noone monitoring him through the night and the day before he died we went to see him and he was a mess. He was bloody and dirty, stinky and wet. I truly believe he developed an infection due to lack of post surgery care. I feel if we could have Taken him to a more professional vet hospital he would have lived. I will never take my own pets to this place unless it's a serious major emergency. The staff is nice they just need to clean up the place and step up on the professionalism. Costs are fair and they let you make payments. Taking your pet here is like a roll of the dice. You don't know what will happen.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS PLACE. I TOOK MY 2 PUPPIES IN TO GET THERE VACCINATIONS AND THE PLACE WAS HORRIBLY DIRTY AND THE SMELL WAS DISGUSTING. 10 DAYS LATER MY LAB PUPPY GOT REALLY SICK SO I TOOK HIM TO ANOTHER VET AND HE HAD PARVO. HE SPENT 3 DAYS AT THE VET WITH AN IV AND I JUST GOT THE CALL THIS MORNING MY PUPPY DIDNT MAKE IT THRU THE NIGHT. I AM 100% SURE HE GOT IT AT THIS VET. SO IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMALS TO LIVE DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

Other than the other 2 I do say yes it stinks, not sure about the dead puppy, but we had found a Facebook post about someone that found kittens on their property, they were about 3 days old, so me and my wife took the 5 and brought them home. Dr. Vondy, and Powell helped us, by giving us (at a small fee of course) powder milk for the kittens, free wellness checks for them, and even one free emergency call when one of them took a turn for the worse (she made it through perfectly and is now adopted by us). We've also had a dog spayed there, and no one ever had an issue. But yes it does smell like an animal shelter.

I had about the same experience as the other poster, with the exception of the dead puppy (although I wouldn't have been surprised). It was horrifying... filthy and completely unsanitary. I felt that I still reeked of cat urine after I left and couldn't wait to take a shower. There was blood and urine on the walls in the exam room and dirt, grime, and urine covering everything. I'm not exaggerating. It was horrible, and I would not take an animal there to be euthanized.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! And not in a good way! I called to make an appt., showed up the next day.....guess they weren't ready, and for sure I don't even know how this place is still in business!!!! The place was FILTHY!!!!! The smell.....HORRIBLE!.....I should have turned around and left, of course giving the "benefit of doubt" i stayed. Only to see a dead puppy on the exam room table!!!!! Didn't help that my boys were with me also!!!! Horrible experience!!! I will never take my puppy back there again! Do not waste you time or money, or even risk taking your pet in here!!!!!! This needs to be reported!!
