They require you to sign a blank credit card slip with no amount filled in (equivalent to signing a blank check) in order to walk out the door with their rental. "we are giving you an expensive car and we need to secure ourselves in case you don't bring it back"; so they are giving themselves the opportunity to fill in any amount of charges if something happens with the car - that is crazy! Who knows what type of charges they could fill in - When I refused to sign the blank $ slip, they wouldn't give me a car. It's crazy. No other rental car company works like that. I was left stranded without a car - all the surrounding rental cars were sold out and I was SOL. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they don't care in signing a blank check over to a rental car company - whoever would do that is simply foolish. I don't car if they have eco friendly cars - go rent an economy car from someone else - it will give you similar fuel efficiency - in fact not all their cars are hybrids anyway - they were going to give me a normal PT Cruiser.
