Very happy with selection and in store assistance. Bryan is extremely helpful answering questions and not trying to up sell me. I also like the website and online ordering and the additional discounts online. I do not mind paying a higher rate at the store because of the helpful advice received. When I know exactly what I want, in order online.

Used to be a great shop with super service and great inventory. However, in recent years, its inventory has gotten old with few new items. Website also is getting few updates and still does not have many pictures. A good place to visit for an occasional old item but not the super all-around store it used to be. Unfortunately, the service is also starting to show their frustration on customers.

Trainmaster Models is a great model train store for ages 2-102. They are honest and fair with a large selection of product in most all scales from Thomas to Z to G. Most of the prices are below retail. They have a good selection of used equipment too. Best of all they will special order for you. I have been doing business with them for over 14 years through 3 store locations.

Great selection for the train mode list, helpful staff. Personally I like the "used selections" that the store carries at great prices. I always find something I need or want.

This is the best stocked store in Atlanta with the most knowledgeable staff. If you’re a beginner or an expert, this is ground zero for modelers. I always find what I’m looking for and often spot something unique. It’s a great place for kids with their Brio / Thomas play tables and a beautiful HO layout on display.

TrainMaster Models always has a great selection of products, whether it's HO scale models, scenery materials, books or memorabilia. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great new location. Largest model train store in the Atlanta area. They have N Scale, HO Scale, O Scale, S Scale, G Scale and Z Scale trains. They have a large kids area with Thomas and Friends and Melissa and Doug products. They carry Digitrax products and have a nice repair area. They are now in the downtown Buford area.
