        Questions

        I called to ask a simple question. I was told that everyone was in a meeting. I think it's a shame that when you call your office to ask a question . . . there is NOT one person who is available to answer me! You should have someone besides a switchboard operator available to assist clients! A company as big as you are should be available at all times during business hours. Very frustrating!!!
