Kelly Starzynski was hired by my ex-wife, my ex-wife admitted from the start she was a friend of the family. She came out and I gave her a list of things wrong with the house, including a water leak in the basement and a laundry list of other problems, one of which turned out to be 20,000 in damages. Kelly didn't include any of the problems in her report garnering my ex-wife a high appraisal amount to which I have to pay half of.I contacted Dale, the owner of the company who came out and did another one, shook his head and admitted all the things that were wrong and promised a report to me, over a period of 4-5 weeks he kept stalling, saying he would have it next week, next week, then that I would have a report by the end of the most recent Monday.Then he says the report has to be sent to my ex-wife and did not send me a copy of it. This is an unethical company that was bias to my ex, which is a violation of USPAP guidelines, this is a terrible appraisal company, beware of them.
