I have had an application in with this company for almost 2 months. The last communication i received from this company was to provide to them my bank statements and my credit report. Now that i have done that i have not heard one word from this company. I am very concerned that this company has all of my personal identification ad has yet to return a call. more importantly i meet all the qualifications to be leased to and this office has yet to do that. I am going to forward all of this information to the attorney generals office to investigate. I do not know if this is discrimination, identity fraud, or neglect but i'm sure the attorney general will help me figure this out

This company is a horrible place to rent from. I have lived here for going on two years in the recent months when new management took over lots of things have yet to be fixed in my apt that have been on the list to be fixed for months. I have tried talking to management about situations with my rent and i get now where but is told no one cares that your having life issues pay up or we will have u evicted in 3 days. Even when i am late with rent AND pay the late fees i am still met with nastiness and attitude.....i am sick of being harassed; from the threatening voicemails that are left on my voicemail to the letters that are taped to my apartment door i am done. In have even tried calling corporate to speak to someone on multiple occasions and no one has returned my phone call. At this point I will be looking into legal action to take!

I have been living @ Milpine Garden since 5/2011. Glendale bought Milpine in early August 2017. Glendale has failed to properly repair my kitchen ceiling that consisted of water coming through my kitchen ceiling and has resulted in plaster from my kitchen ceiling falling onto my kitchen floor & countertop (& my head!!).I reported this to NF Office immediately. Then I waited numerous times from August till late September for maintenance to show only to wind up calling the office in NFalls & be told that they weren't going to come after all & thus I was left waiting around for nothing as they have no consideration what so ever to communicate whether there was an emergency that occurred or what ever else that may have happened. Instead I've been treated rather rudely by 2 of their staff members at the NFalls Office. The only way that I was able to get the maintenance men over here to repair this is by my having to call the Section 8 Leased Housing Inspector to file a complaint inspection. The inspector had come toward the end of August, maintenance men came & took a look at the kitchen ceiling that same day BUT they no showed consistently w/ coming to repair this problem until THE day before the inspector was due back. During the few weeks that maintenance no showed, I reported their no showing to the inspector who then inquired with the NFalls Office & the office staff there lied to the inspector by telling him that I refused to let them into my home. However, I have 2 witnesses who were here those times that I had waited around for maintenance to show up & in which the maintenance men no showed right until THE day before the inspector was due back to re-inspect in late September. Then a few days after the inspector had visited & approved the re-inspection I received a letter in the mail from Mary May attempting to increase my rent payment from $595 to $610 as of December 1st when I had signed my new leased w/ Glendale Development in August (2017) for $595 & I am protected by Section 8 Leased Housing where as a rent increase can happen once per year w/ approval by Section 8 if it is deemed a reasonable increase. I instantly knew, due to the way that I have been mistreated by the NFalls Office staff that this is retaliatory for my reporting the repairs that weren't done to my Section 8 worker & Section 8 Inspector. After 1 1/2 weeks of contact between myself & Section 8 & Section 8 & your NF Office, your NF Office left a message claiming that it was a "mistake" that they sent that to me. However, I don't buy that for a second. Then, less than a week later (Early October) water began coming through my kitchen ceiling yet again. I reported this to the NFalls Office in which your maintenance man, Willie, told me over the phone that he was going to get a roofing contractor out here to put a new boot on the roof & have the surrounding of the boot sealed off. Again, that was early October when he claimed that was going to be taken care of. Through October & into November water kept coming through my kitchen ceiling along with plaster coming down onto my kitchen floor all over again (as well as the plaster coming down onto my head while I washed dishes in my kitchen when the water began coming through again in early October). I had no choice but to file another complaint inspection w/ the Section 8 Leased Housing Inspector who came & did an inspection again toward the end of November & he is due back to re-inspect on 12/29. However, I also called a Building Inspector w/ the City of Niagara Falls to also report to him. The City of Niagara Falls Building Inspector has told me that he has received more phone calls from tenants in regards to Glendale Development's NFalls Office & maintenance not doing repairs that have needed to be done for months. Maintenance once again no showed in October & November and so far in December to fix this. However, I was just informed yesterday that they finally got the roofing contractor to put a new boot o

Great Place to Live

I've lived here for over 10 years. When Glendale took over everything got better. All of a sudden things got fixed, landscaping was put in, and I could talk to an actual person when I called. I highly recommend getting into one of their buildings.

Horrible Company - do not rent

I rented from this company for several years. They are incredibly unprofessional. When you need something fixed it takes several phone calls and then weeks before they come to fix the issue. Rent continues to go up each year, while the services they provided continue to decrease. I lived in The Windsor - a great building but was not kept up and taken care of.

When I moved out, they charged me for missing keys, and then after several calls they finally refunded me. They also charged me to clean the apartment.

DO NOT rent from this company.

This company is great to rent from. They are always responsive when we call, the buildings and apartments are well maintained and very affordable. The property manager is great and right on site so everything is always taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend.

Slumlords. Won't reply to any contact for apartment issues but the moment rent is withheld they are in your face about eviction. In the process of taking legal action against these criminals.
