AP Nails

I am really disappointed in the treatment I received today. I love this place and all the employees. Yes, they were super busy, but don't rush a job, especially with a familiar customer. I got a wax. It literally took 4 minutes. I really was upset so I just paid and went to my car. The wax wasn't removed from my face. My brows were two different shapes. One was semi arched and the other thick. I had hair on my lip and under my chin. I went back inside and asked to be cleaned up. The lady was very nice like always. She asked me if I had wax on my face..yes and did not remove it. I explained that my brows were not even. She did something to the ends. I assume that I should of said I have two different shapes. You can't add hair, but you can take it away. She cleaned my lip up..some. I said thank you and left politely. I still have hair on my lips. I had a few hairs under my chin.
I really want to go up there while they are not busy, but instead I choose this route.

Terrible attitudes as well as service is bad. Saw a few roaches from time to time also. Will never go back

I went to this salon to get my legs waxed and a pedicure. Never before I have seen such an unsanitary room, where they wax customers. The young man that waxed my legs, did not know what he was doing, because I was in GREAT pain the entire time and he damaged my legs so badly that I ended up with several infected in grown hairs on my legs. I was in a hurry and settled for this salon, never again will I do that. I have had many leg waxings, that I always thought did not hurt, until this experience. The pedicure was much better, but I had to sit there listening to the owner gossip and complain, to customers, about other people's parenting abilities and any other thing she could complain about. I highly advise to NEVER use this salon!

I have been going to A P Nails for a couple of years and always receive excellent service. Staff is friendly and very good at their business.
