Great Job!!!

My daughter had blocked the kitchen drain and I could not get the water to go down. I called Mid-Atlantic and Steve sent a plumber to meet me when I got home from work. He had me up and running in no time. They were clean and professional. Highly Recommended!!!!

These guys came to my house to repair a broken water main that was flooding my basement. They shut the water off to prevent any further damage and had a crew out the next morning to make repairs. In a few hours they were done. They had replaced the line and even graded & raked the dirt. They cleaned up any mess and left the place
immaculate. These guys are fast and on the ball.

Fast, efficient, professional service. 100% satisfied with the fair price and willingness to work with my tenant's schedule. Water heater servicing performed as agreed and without unnecessary up-sell tactics often encountered with some companies. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic Plumbing to anyone seeking a fair and honest appraisal of any plumbing issues they may have and will place them atop my contact list for future plumbing work at my other properties in the area. They are a credit to the local Delco area business community. My thanks and appreciation.

Mid-Atlantic Mechanical came to my house, on sort notice, to repair a leak in my bathtub. They were very polite & professional.

This company has literally robbed me of money and LIED to my face regarding services to be done. I paid him up front and he lied to my face. I called him and he doesnt reply I finally get him on the phone and he lies and lies and lies about my part not being available.

Lies are all you will get. DO NOT PAY THIS PERSON ANY MONEY AT ALL. You will be very very sorry for not listening to the warnings all over about this guy.

I contacted the Township here in Marple and gave them a very in depth report on what this guy has done. TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!!!

Mid Atlantic Mechanical--Horrible experience

On the week of May 10th, a claim was filed with my home insurance company due to a faulty toilet (American Standard LowBoy Toilet). That day or the next day, Mid-Atlantic called to schedule someone to come out. They were supposed to come out on May 17th however we were told the worker was running late and they ended up coming on the 18th. He wrote up a Work Order for a Flush Valve and Actuator, stated the parts needed to be ordered and would probably be a couple of days and they would then schedule again to come out to replace. I then paid him $60 for the visit.



We never heard back from Mid-Atlantic so a call was placed to their office on May 28th to find out the status. We spoke with someone and she explained that they were working on trying to find the parts but were having problems locating them. She said they didn't forget about us but are still looking for the parts. She said once they found the parts, it would probably take a little bit of time since they would have to order them and delivery, etc.



On 6/4, I contacted two local, fairly well-known plumbing suppliers and found that both had the Flush Valve and Actuator for an Am Std Lowboy in stock. They stated they are fairly common/standard toilets and parts.



On 6/7 @ 8:45am, I contacted Mid-Atlantic and spoke to aSupervisor and explained that no one has been in touch with us to repair the toilet and that I had found the parts needed at two businesses very close to their workplace. He said he would look into my case and call me back in 15 minutes. I never received a call back.



At approx 10am on 6/7, I called back asking to speak to him and was told by the Owner that he would call me back at 2pm when he returned from a job. I explained to this gentleman my situation and was told that "those plumbing companies always tell you they have them in stock and you can come pick them up". Again I never received a call back.



On 6/9 @ 10am, I again called and spoke to a diffferent Supv advising of my concern that no one was getting back to me and that it has been a while with a broken toilet. She advised me that she would talk to original Supv and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. AGAIN I never received a call back. I then called at 1:45pm that day and again spoke to her again who said he would call me back. AGAIN no one called me back.



On 6/15 @ 1:10pm, I called and spoke to her, reminded her of my many phone calls/frustration and advised her that I was going on vacation the week of 6/20 and needed it repaired before Sunday. She asked me to hold; she then got back on the phone explaining that "the note she left for him was no longer on his desk so he must have got it". She said she would e-mail him asking him to contact me.



On Monday, 6/28 upon coming back from vacation and having no voicemail from Mid Atlantic, I called and spoke to her. I reminded her of my situation and advised that I wanted to speak to the Owner. She replied that he was not in until approx 2pm and she would have him call me. I told her that I was calling my home insurance company and telling about my horrible customer service provided. She advised that they no longer do work with my home insurance company. She said she didn’t know the answer why.



I then contacted my home insurance company and advised of the entire experience.



Utter lack of respect, zero customer service and a refusal to return my $60.
