        Highest commendation to Jess, the manager at Kirkland's in Brooksville for going above and beyond in trying to find a fruit bowl I need to replace. I called from Inverness to see if they had any of the small ones left, as the company is replacing them with larger ones. Jess checked her own inventory, and when she didn't have any, she volunteered to call Tampa and if they had any, she would pick one up on her trip down there next week and hold it in Brooksville for me. I had previously called two other Kirkland's that are closer to me, and they simply told me they didn't have any but the larger ones. Jess went a step further, and I so appreciate her efforts to satisfy a customer from out of her area.

        The store is beautifully kept and with such excellent customer service and their fun, unique products, they get five stars from me.
