Absolutely unprofessional company, and not worth anyone's time. Their broker, Harry Frenkel, had my application accepted, and proceeded to put off meeting me or getting a lease to me. Two days before our expected move in, he still didn't have anything for me and couldn't give me a straight answer about why, other than saying his bookkeeper hadn't come in to the office yet (which he told me every day).
Finally he stopped responding to my calls and emails.
I strongly suggest finding an apartment elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy.
