I purchased a few Kenwood walkie-talkies from another company. I wanted to use them on a construction site. Soon after I got them, one radio stopped working. I brought the radio to the original dealer. They kept it for a long time. When I got it back, it still didn't work. Now, they won't accept my calls. I was fed up. Then, a friend of mine told me about Portronix in Brooklyn. I called them, and the lady was so nice on the phone. I brought the radio to them, and it was fixed and ready in just a day or two. Now THAT'S service. Next time I need new radios, I'm going straight to Portronix. My advice: Don't even look anyplace else.
