Rusty's Auto Salvage was "A#1". From the initial contact with the operator to the vehicle pick-up. The customer service was excellent, The service was friendly and very quick. No complaints and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to cash-out on a Junk Vehicle. Five-Star Rating from me..

The people that i talked to on the phone for Rusty's were courteous and friendly. However, that is where my praise will end. The company that was in charge of picking up my vehicle, GLR, scheduled my pickup for 2pm. I called them back at 3:30 to inquire at which time he explained to me that his driver had broke down over an hour ago but had no explanation as to why he couldn't call me earlier. He asssured me that a driver was on the way and would be there no later than 4:30. At 4:30 he called me to tell me that the driver was on his way now...from a city over 45 minutes away. Actual arrival time of the tow truck? 6:45. Most significantly, the vehicle wasn't at my house. I had to make a special trip to wait with the car across town that turned into a 5 hour ordeal (7 if you include my personal travel time) in which they constantly strung me along. The only reason i give them any stars is for giving them the benefit of the doubt that they misjudged the contractor or perhaps it was a fluke. But my experience was overall terrible.

The speed and service of this company exceeded my expectations! Will definitely do business with them again.

Rusty’s Auto Salvage

Rust’s is great! This is my first experience selling a car for salvage. My Rusty’s sales representative, Gen, offered a good price and guided me through the whole process. It got a little tricky because I needed to sell my car which my daughter was using 1,100 miles away at college. No worries, Gen was able to handle everything.

Everyone should look into Rusty’s Auto Salvage if you need to sell/salvage a car. I highly recommended them.

I needed to get more cash for my car (bad engine in it) than the scrap metal places were offering. Rusty's was able to help me out! The first rep I talked to did a great job! Be ready though- you will be on the phone for a while verifying info then making arrangements. But it was worth the time knowing they offered me the best price for my car. If I'm ever in the same situtaion again, there the company I'll call.

Excellent service! This is the place you want to do business with. Just got off the phone with a service rep and it was way better than the other junk yards deals.

My car was totaled. So this can't be a nice experience but Rusty's Auto Salvage make it a little easier. Rick, the business rep was fast and professional in closing the deal but not the accounting staff. She never call me back for the towing time even I tried calling her every hour. The following day which is a Friday morning, She told me the pick up will be on Monday and refused to liaise further. And also is not a hard cash deal. I received check. Luckily the towing guys were very friendly and patient. One of the them was kind enough to offer some words of comfort. Thank you so much!!

the whole process was quick and easy had great customer service hopefully i wont have to junk a car again anytime soon but if i ever have to junk a car again i will call Rusty's

The experience was as quick as I could reasonably expect . I got the best price of any of the companies that I had contacted, and their tow truck came after a short time and left the check where I needed them to. Hopefully I'll not need them for a very long time, lol, but I'll certainly recommend Rusty's!

my husbands car died and i sent them an email on a whim. They purchased the vehicle at a fair price, picked it up at no charge and i had the check the same day they picked it up!
