I never had issues with this place till I had an emergency. ( I have active insurance durning the whole situation) It started when I had serious tooth pain and had called to check if I can walk in because I could not remember if they accepted walk ins. They picked up and stated yes till 12pm and ask is had insurance. I reply and yes and ill be there shortly. I got to the office in 10 minutes and ask me for all my infomation and insurance. Went to one of the rooms in the back and the dentist informed me that my insurance will not cover what needs to be done and will only cover the X-rays. I trusted them since I haven't any issues before with them. I trusted there word. Fine I paid $300 and they stated I had to come back for a 2nd appointment to finish it up and again it will be $300 because the insurance was not approving it. Okay no problem. I back at the dentist office for the 2nd appointment a week later( 3rd week of august) and the receptionist said oh the insurance paid for last appointment we owe you a refund. As soon as she stated that someone from the back room that a mistake the dentist put that their just in case if the insurance pays for it.( I this point I haven't receive a letter of denial for the first appointment) So I didn't pay not mine. finished the appointment and paid again $300. They Informed me again that I have to come back again in September which is was not aware, so this was a surprise. They said since it has time we check if the insurance can approve for it and we can call a few days later to tell you what's going on. A couple days later I never received a call from them and I decided let call the insurance t check what's going on. Upon calling the insurance they told they full paid for the first appointment. and they haven't received anything since then.

was told a filling needed to be fixed and a week later when the filling was causing me excruciating pain I called to see if I could be seen same day only to be told following day availability. When I would call back was told no longer available. Mind you the tooth was perfectly fine before Dr. Bond "fixed" it.
