The Bronx Museum of the Arts is a contemporary art institution dedicated to serving its neighborhood and city it offers visual arts through its permanent collection, exhibtions and educational programs and educational programs they offer on-site and off-site after school programs on a regular basis that students allows such as new media, animation, installation, architecture-related and theme-based projects. Museum provides analytical and hands-on interactive experiences with contemporary art to students from grades kindergarten through 12.

BY SUBWAY: D OR B TRAINS to the 167 St Station. Ext at rear of stn, walk S along Grand Concourse two blocks. Driving from the Cross Bronx Expwy: Take #87/New York State Thruway S (Major Deegan). Ext at 161st St./ Yankee Stadium. Make right off ext ramp. Make a L at light & proceed to 165th St. Turn R onto 165th St. and proceed to Grand Concourse. Parking is available across the st from the Museum @ 165th St between Grand Concourse & Carroll Pl.
