Purchased 110cc coolster 4wheeler for birthday present for son. Was ordered and received in 6 days. I had this delivered to an address different from my billing address, so there was some documents that needed to be signed using DocuSign. Was really simple to do. 4wheeler arrived on pallet and in great shape. Assembly was simple, put on tires, handle bars, install battery, rear rake and bumper. Only minor issue was front bumper didn't line up perfectly (angle on one arm not accurate) . But was able to make small adjustments to make it fit. Started right up and seems to work just fine. This is smaller than a "name brand" 110cc, but will be perfect size for my son.

This business will take the funds out of your account. Tell you your bike is shipped, and then tell you it's out of stock for a month. And they will not refund your account for five or more business days do not order through them. And be extremely rude to you on the phone like you created the problem.

Great customer service. I bought a moped and it started to stall out and then stalled out and wouldn't start. I took it in and now they put it at the top of the priority list and are working on it right now. I'm confident that their experienced mechanic will have it done in a couple hours so I can pick it up before school on Monday!

I was told that my parts was sitting on the loading dock ready to
ship on the 15th of Nov. Today on the 22nd of Nov still waiting for
them to ship.

Shopping for a scooter for my daughter at MSU. Good selection and inventory ready to hit the road. Joe at the desk made it a fun shopping experience and is very knowledgable. Shane in service is top notch and very helpful with any questions. I would shop here again.

Wholesale motorsports advertises a 50cc dirtbike for $289.19. They dont mention that you will be paying for the $179.95 freight no matter what. It seems like common sense would tell you to add that in the listing somewhere. Well i thought about it and decided to get one anyway. I paid for half then and would pay the rest later when i came to get it. After I signed my receipt, Joe(the salesman) said,"oh i forgot to mention that all deposits are non-refundable so congrats on you're now the owner of a new dirtbike." I got the bike after a couple weeks and assembled it myself (its an extra $100 to have them assemble it). I mixed the fuel to oil at 25:1 like the manufacturer suggested. My kid got to ride the bike one time before the motor seized. I called Joe and he said just bring the machine back... but he forgot to tell me (again) that there would be a $75 fee to have them look at my NEW dirtbike and tell me whats wrong. Its cheaper to replace the motor myself. Which is what im doing.

Stay away from them! Our sales man was Joe. Me and wife got 3 four wheelers from them. From day one we have been having issues. Unloaded my daughters it had a flat tire tried to add air but would not hold air, also it would not start unless I jumped it and when I got it started it started to lock fuel from the caburetor and muffler fell off...lol so I call joe he told me while the battery is a starter battery you will need a new one they don't carry them but it's $49.99 the tire will be $69.99 and a new caburetor is $199.99 but to look at it will cost me $ 80.00...I should not be paying anything because I just left there 3 hours ago. I did not take it back to them but to a warning to others say away from them.

My experience with the guys there has been good since buying from them. As a business owner myself, though we would like to satisfy all customers, some simply cannot be satisfied. My sale slip had the warranty on the back and it doesn't include labor in the warranty because labor isn't covered. The part warranty is standard for powersports. It's a good atv for the money. Parts are very reasonably priced. Our neighborhood has bought a few atvs from them. One kid gets one and then the neighbors kid gets one. In my experience and my neighbors we have had good service from these folks.

We bought a small quad for my 4 yr old in June, the lady at the showroom was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, she even gave us a discount on the helmet. What she didn't do was fully explain what the 3 month 'warranty' really included. We blame ourselves mostly for signing and not reading it all in full. Regardless I feel like she should have explained the fact that their bs warranty does not include labor or pretty much anything for that matter besides the engine and I'm sure they would find a way to weasel out of that one too! And they dont give you a copy of the warranty apparently, I thought I had the full warranty on the back of my sales receipt which doesn't list labor as not included. The day we brought it home the battery didn't work. But we couldn't return it because 'that's not covered under warranty' even though it was a bad battery from the start, then proceeded to offer me a different battery for $40. Um no. Almost 3 months later the quad would start but wouldn't stay running in idle. So I brought it in and the lady at the front desk at the service center said that it would cost $75 JUST FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT! Then they would charge us even more once they fix it. This is when I found out labor apparently isn't covered under warranty. I called my husband and he asked to speak with her and of course he was a little heated with the situation so she proceeded to yell, yes yell, at him saying we never had an appointment to bring it in and she was doing us a favor by taking it in that day. The owner, who was so nice to us the day we bought it, even came into the room and could clearly see I was upset and just walked right back out. The lady then asked if we tried tightening the carb bolt and we hadn't, so I left, took it home, tightened that bolt and it started right up and stayed running! So they we going to try and charge us who knows how much just to tighten a bolt?!? This company is a bunch of crooks. They don't care that you spent your hard earned money just for it to break a few months later. I understand these are overseas machines and you get what you pay for, but I expected this company to own up to what they sell and take care of ALL problems within warranty. They probably purposely leave bolts loose so you have to take it in and they can steal more of your money. If you still go through with buying a machine here because you simply cannot afford a name brand machine, be prepared for the consequences.

TERRIBLE!!! Purchased 3 machines on Friday, by Sunday, one was working. Parts where falling off all over yard. These were for a 4 yo, 7 yo and 10 yo girl. Brought one machine back and they fixed it. Brought it back again, met with owner, they blamed "lack of maintenance" on my be half as to why a machine with less than 10 hours had a shock fall off, back rack fall off, 2 lug nuts, axle nut, a front tire fall off, chain Will NOT stay on, no back brakes. EVERY time the kids ride them something breaks or falls off. The owner is a little weasel of a man that does not stand behind what he sells and believes that if the customer does not check EVERY NUT AND BOLT EVERY time you ride it, that you are not maintaining it properly. The useless junk that now sits in my barn is a perfect reflection of him and his business. Hope your proud of yourself Mr. Big Shot:)

They put on a good show until they get your signature on the contract. After spending $8,000, will not return phone calls or follow through will agreements. Item missing many items that we noticed at pickup. They said it would all be in the mail ASAP. Will not send. Avoiding calls. Will keep the web updated on this business, managers responsible and extreme lack of professionalism. I will also post on every review board on the net. Will also blog and Facebook.
