Happy Nails

Pretty positive no one here is licensed. I used to be a nail tech and I was appalled by the way they conducted a "manicure". They used tools that had not been sterilized and used the drill on my nails and absolutely tore them up. The guy rushed through it so fast, it only took him maybe 15 minutes. He painted my skin in several places which means they will peel easily and filed the tips when he was done! That is a big no no with gel. I would never go back.

Worst $40 manicure ever! Shellac chipped second day, nails damaged by manicurist using dremel all over natural nail. Terrible customer service.

Horrible. Customer service is not a priority for this salon. I have been here a few times and every time I am less than pleased. I went in to get a gel manicure, hardened by curing under an ultraviolet, I did not want just gel polish. The nail tech brought out just acrylic and I had to remind her that I wanted gel nails, she then proceeded to pull out a small container of powder that had "GEL" written with sharpie on the top (very obvious acrylic powder). Gel nails are a three step process with curing in between, at no point did i put my nails under a light. I paid $50, for acrylic nails. This salon is false advertising. With that being said, it also looked like my nails were done a week ago, i needed a fill and i hadn't even walked out of the front door. I went back the following morning, I told them why I was upset and that i paid for something i did not get. I also asked if i could get them filled. So, it has been established that i have acrylic nails, the man did not fill the nails with acrylic, he "filled" them with gel polish, and they still look like they have been growing out for at least a week. He then tried to charge me for fixing the problem that his salon created, he wanted to charge me another $20 for the fill and color change. I am sorry, this is one of the worst salons i have ever been to.
