General Info

While applying effective therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, and sports massage, clients should also experience deep relaxation. Stimulating the parasympathetic (rest and digest) part of your nervous system is essential for lowering stress hormones and improving general quality of life. It is Ena's belief that massage should not be either relaxing or therapeutic. It should be both. Though Knots was established in 2013, Ena has been a full time massage therapist since 2010 and practicing part time since 2007 in Wisconsin.

30 min $35, 60 min $60, 90 min $90 (cash or check only please) Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. Please note that while Ena feels every client is important, she operates by appointment only. This is because walk-ins tend to create scheduling conflicts and Ena strives to give her full attention to the client she is currently working with. Leaving a voicemail with your name, phone number, ideal schedule, and how long of a massage you are looking for is truly most efficient. Ena will return your call as soon as she is available to do so. Calling ahead regarding gift certificates is also a great idea so they can be prepared prior to pick up.
