Nevaeh Salon

Horrifying experience. She made my hair most awful colour..had no clue how to do a blow out and after I spent $80 and gave her a $10 tip, went home and my husband was really upset. I phoned two days after (was weekend) and they said come in Tuesday and we will help you. Then I got a call back and the stylist said NO im too busy and you left without being upset and now I wont help you. I spoke to salon owner and several other people..all nasty and when I requested at least a refund since they refused to even have a look they said no. I had to put a stop on my MC...and finally was refunded via MC, I have forgotten her name but she was young blonde and was getting married. This was about a year and half ago but I never forgot how mean they ALL became . Owner said wasn't her problem...she rented stations..I have lived all over world..WORST salon experience in my life Cost me $150 to get back to looking normal. AVOID this place like the plague!
