Brea's quote was $2,400 and 2 other shops affiliated with the insurance company quoted $3,700. You would be hard pressed to find a better body shop anywhere.

Awesome Body Shop. My mom had a "fender-bender" which turned out to be $3000 in damage. They were responsive, communicative and efficient. The whole process was effortless. The car was ready when they said it would be and the staff is friendly and social. A+++ :-)

This is a family business, and they treat everyone like family. They have customers who just stop and bring cookies because they are family.

This is a great family business. We have been taking our vehicle here for many years. My father found Brea Auto Body over 20 years now when they were on the other side of Brea. We trust them and we refer all of our friends and family here. We have only heard great things about this family and their wonderful repairs. Brea Autobody is the most honest shop I have ever worked on my vehicles. Not only did they do a thorough inspection, they took the time to explain exact details to me. They even helped me get a rental car as soon as possible so I did not loose any time from work. Their staff is very friendly and courteous! They also knew how to work with the insurance agency, so the paperwork was expertly handled. I highly recommend them to anyone!

They:

- Refused to do the minimal service to get the car street legal so I could get it home

- Charged outrageous storage fees.

- Refused to work with someone else who would handle the money for me.

- Insisted on painting the car, when it was not needed.



The people seem nice at first, but if you live far away and you need help and just trying to get home. Stay away from them.
