Lone Star Steakhouse

We enjoy eating here. It is my son's fav steak place.

We have always enjoyed eating at the Lone Star Steakhouse in Branson, Missouri! However, on 2 different occasions, we have gone to this restaurant after attending a show in town. It seemed to us that the young staff were more interested in getting off for the evening than taking care of our needs. For example, the hostess waited almost 30 seconds before looking up from "whatever she was doing" before even acknowledging our presence - even though we were the only customers in the room at the time, and we were standing directly in front of her. Then, the waitress seemed almost "bothered" by our presence and brought out salads to us minus the tomatoes! We felt like we should order something that would not take much time to prepare. So... that is exactly what we did! We tried to eat and leave as quickly as possible! Perhaps this restaurant should lock the door earlier if they do not want late night visitors!!



On the other hand, we have eaten at this restaurant when it was extremely busy, and we received excellent service and food! We understand that everyone is tired later in the evening, but Branson is a tourist town, and visitors should be welcomed as long as the restaurant is still open!
