Youfit Health Clubs

I have been a member of a lot of health clubs over the years. This club is an ok club as far as the amount of equipment that they have. I went in to cancel my member ship last week and the girl at the counter was rude and asked me if I was going to be working out somewhere at least. I told her I was even though it really has nothing to do with why I was cancelling. Then she informed me they were going to have to charge me 10 dollars to cancel. Why is it my daughter cancelled and did not have to pay anything? So I asked to speak to the manager. He was out. Shocker. So they sent over a young man who I think was a trainer to tell me " No , there is nothing I can do. It is the policy." When I joined this gym everyone was so friendly. They said hello when you arrived and bye when you left. Now you are lucky to even get one of the young people to look at you.

I would not recommend joining this gym. Spend a few dollars more and go to Crunch for a larger and better supplied gym.
