My appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion and the staff at Bozeman Dental Associates were professional, friendly and answered my questions appropriately. I will continue to use Bozeman Dental Associates for my family and myself from now on. I would recommend this dental office to any family and friends that inquire as to a new dental office in Bozeman.

I moved to Bozeman for college a number of years ago and I have since been sporadic with my dental visits. I had the same dentist for the entirety of my youth and young adulthood. Finding a new dentist in town seemed to be a daunting task given my unique dental history. I have had a front tooth implant resultant of a rare tooth disease and have recently had a wisdom tooth come in. The task of finding a new dentist and explaining my extensive dental history seemed daunting, to say the least. I researched Bozeman Dental Associates and decided to try them out. The initial consultation was beyond satisfactory, with friendly administrative staff and a welcoming office environment. The dental staff was warm and friendly, assuaging any of my trepidations in finding a new dentist. I will continue to use Bozeman Dental Associates for myself and my family and I will recommend them to anyone in need of a new dentist.

Bozeman Dental earned a 5 star review. The lobby was very inviting, and looked newly remodeled. The staff was extremely friendly and the dentists were personable and professional. Highly recommended.

I was very hesitant to visit the dentist because of fear of having work done. After talking to some friends they recommended Bozeman Dental Associates to me. From the moment I walked in I knew this was a different office. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the doctors are so kind and understanding. In my initial consultation I expressed my fears of getting work done and we decided that oral sedation was the best route to go. They were able to get all of the work done in one appointment after the consultation which was so great. The oral sedation took all the fears and pain out of having work done. They were also very knowledgeable with insurance and was able to let me know exactly how much everything was going to cost without any surprises! After not going to the dentist for a number of years out of fear I can truly say that I no longer have a fear of going and am so happy to have a bright healthy smile thanks to this office!

I have been going to see Dr.Mortenson for over 15 years now and still choose to see him because of what a wonderful experience I have everytime. I can definitely say I get anxiety going to the dentist and him and his staff always make me feel welcome and calm. I have never had an issue with Dr.Mortenson and would definately reccomend him to anyone in need of a dentist or wanting to switch dentists.

Called in on a Saturday! Dr. M called me right back and came in special to fix my crown! And he was happy to do it. That is service. Thanks so much:-)

I had always been self conscious about an old crown I had after a traumatic accident. I also wasn't please with the spaces in my teeth. Dr Mortenson changed everything for me! He was so gentle and made me feel right at home. I always tried to hide my smile before but now i'm grinning ear to ear! I highly recommend Dr Mortenson and his staff!

I had a severe toothache on my back tooth and Dr. Mortenson's office got me in the day I called. Front office staff and Dr. was extremely polite and very professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

billed for services that were paid months previously claiming account was overdue, no FAX, email address does not work, in general sloppy negligent office work 1 star for office, 3 stars for doc, aggregate 2 stars, submitted anonymously because I might be sitting in the chair next - u take what you can get.

Just had the worst cleaning of my life. Very painful and I get my teeth cleaned every six months. Dr. Mortenson did 30 second exam and didn't wear gloves. Yuck! I won't be returning there.

Was told I needed lumineers on 12 teeth. About $6000.00. Went and got a second opinion and was pleased to hear lumineers were not needed. Will not be going back to Dr. Mortenson.

Was told by Dr Mortenson that I needed 8,000.00 dollars of work done. None covered by insurance. I got a second opinion and spent much less and insurance covered 80% of the bill. Won't be returning to Dr Mortenson.

went to Dr Morteneson. he said I needed 4000.00 worth of crowns & that ins. Would not cover it. I said I was going to get a second opinion. He said "you'll be back". Another dentist replaced the fillings instead of doing crowns & my ins covered 80 percent. I won't be going back to Dr Mortenson.

My mother had a new denture made by Dr Mortenson. It didn't fit right. He had his assistant work on it. It was still not right. He re-lined it and that caused a large sore on the roof of my mother's mouth. Then the re-line material started to come off making the denture even more uncomfortable. It has been an ongoing problem. She won't be going back.

Our family has gone to Dr. Mortenson for the last 3 1/2 years and we've been very happy with him and his clinic. Have not had many fillings done but have not had problems develop either so I have to think he is checking our teeth adequately and not providing services that were not needed.

Great dentist, very friendly hygienists. Their work was really quick; however, it seemed Dr. Mortensen didn't check my teeth as well as he could have. Overall, I would return.

Also told me i needed unnecessary dental work - more than $1,500 worth. Do not go Here
