Abba Dabba Storage

We located from MI and found the staff incredibly professional and helpful. The manager even met our moving truck on a Sunday and made sure everything was well taken care of before we even arrived. Made our move much easier! Thank you Abba Dabba.

I was very satisfied with the service and facility and unlike the previous review I had no problems paying online or by phone every month. They do require a disc lock for security reasons and I am glad they do because I checked with the sheriff's office and they are the only facility in town that has not been broken in many years. I will do business with them again if needed.

I used Abba Dabba while I was out of the country for a couple of months and was upset with some billing issues. First of all, they do require that you do use a disc lock, no other kind. I had a regular masterlock with a key that was approved by the person in the office when we first moved stuff in. About half way through my trip, I recieved notification that the owner of the company did not approved of my lock and they charged me a fee of $10 for a disc lock to be put on the unit. The second issue was that I tried to pay my bill on their website (while I was out of the country) several times and that did not work at all. Because there website was not accepting my payment, they began charging me a late fee of $5 every 5 days. I ended up with a larger bill in the end than was reasonable. I do not recommend using them, but if you do, make sure you get a disk lock and do what you can to pay the bill without using their website!
