Ichiban Sushi

My daughter and I went to this resturant on Sunday May 23, 2010, and let me tell you this service was the worst. The waiter did not bring us any utensils we had to ask for them. I looked around and noticed that the other customers were given hot towels to wipe their hands we were given none. We were not given or offered water the other patrons were given water and also a complimentary salad but we were not. When I confronted the waiter he act like he could not understand what I was saying. We ordered sushi and shrimp fried rice. Our fried rice came out before our sushi. I had to ask for soy sauce and it took him 10 minutes to bring the soy sauce. When I asked to speak with the manager he did not understand what I was saying until I got frustrated and started to raise my voice. Finally the manager came over and all he had was excuses for his server. He began to tell me I did not get a salad because I did not order alot of food ($$$$) (what he was saying is I was not spending alot of money in his establishment) and it is up to each individual server to offer their customer a salad because it comes out of their check. Then I began to ask him well why wasn't I offered or given water? do you charge your employees to give the customers water because water is free! The manager began to stutter, I asked for the General Manager name and telephone number the mananger told me he was it I could not have a number above him what did I think they were going to do FIRE ME? I could not help but laugh. So he offered to give me an email address I aksed him what was the General Manager name he said Yung I said is this his name he stuttered again I said what is his first name he said Chin......hhhhmmmm I go to thinking let me call back and ask for Mr. Yung and guess WHAT the manager whose name is Tony real name is Chin Yung amazing HUH? not to me I knew he would not give me the information so I can going to research it on my own.........TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE........
