Hard to get

Last year we had a new unit installed. Six weeks ago started having problems. Took three days to ever talk to anybody. Some type of family emergency. Promised to replace what was wrong. Two weeks later "parts not in" one week later set up date for them to replace part. Have not seen yet. Every day for five days called company phone and cell phone. Company phone "mailbox always full". Left message on cell phone noncall ever returned. Six weeks later called another company. New company diagnosed different problem. Upon putting in new bigger unit Andrews didn't put in big enough fan. We will have to pay out of our pocket labor, part cost for something Andrews should have done in the beginning. To top it all off Andrews never registered our unit therefore making our warranty useless. Never , ever, have I seen a company not care at all about their customers. Six weeks now still no reply from Andrews !
