True Blue Car Wash

Zero stars. Was a loyal customer for years until yesterday, 4/25/14. Made an appointment to have my car detailed. Agreed to drop off car at 8 and they agreed car would be done by 2-3. At 3:45 I called only to be told by Rich that the car was still being worked on. When I asked what's taking so long he told me they got busy with full service car washes and didn't have the staff to complete my car. No apology. Told me I should have been told that when I made the appointment. I told him I had to be in new lenox for my sons baseball game at 4:30. He told me oh well. After a few minutes of his I don't care - not my problem attitude,min asked to speak with his boss. He refused to transfer me or give me his name. I showed up at 4:15 only to find my car sitting there, nobody working on it full of wax. I asked again when it would be done, was told 15 mins. Car got done at 5:30 Rich came to the counter and asked me for the full price of the detail. I told him I wasn't paying full price and asked to speak to the owner Todd Domark. He told me no, that he wasn't going to get him. I then asked another employee to find Todd, and was told he wasn't there even though the guy who finished my car said he was. Seems like Todd doesn't want to take care of his customers. To top it all off, as I was leaving Rich and his greaser friends in the oil change bays flipped me off. Nice huh? Stay away folks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The best people around. I have my oil change and other minor things fixed at Domark's Car Wash and Lube; I also have my car wash here and use their free car vacuum. The guys are very nice and fast and very professional. They have me in and out in less than 10 minutes.
