I got the greatest service from a salesperson who educated my son and myself about the lawnmower we were seeking to purchase. He covered all the features, maintenance and usage points in a clear and understandable way. I forgot that people like Richard T. even existed in retail any more! I really disagree wit the review that I read this morning, The service at this store has been outstanding every time i have been their. I run a small business and when I can't find the right tool I have always been able to find it at this location. The sales people are very helpful and take the time to assist .
