Ms Joyce has been braiding my hair for almost 6 years now. Her prices are reasonable, her work is neat and she doesn’t take forever to get you in or out. I get so many compliments and she makes sure you get whatever you asked for. Besides me loving her beautiful soul and personality I love the fact she doesn’t braid my edges lol.

Joyce is a very nice and welcoming lady. She and her assistant were worked diligently and professionally. I was finished within 5 hrs. She is unique in the fact that she prays before she starts work, which was a plus for me. She did a great job on my Senegalese twist. She didn't do them too tight and constantly kept reassuring with me that I liked the style and was comfortable with everything she was doing. Overall my experience here for the first time was a good one.

Joyce does excellent work. Scheduling at ease, clean, fast, and a relaxing environment. After getting my hair done I received three compliments, within 30 mins. How nice is that? ����

Best in town! I've had my hair done in 2 other shops in Bolingbrook. My hair looks nice but it is too tight and there was a lot of breakage, from those shops. Joyce does Not braid too tight and the style lasts. She is also reasonably priced and VERY professional!

I have been coming to Joyce off and on for 8 years. Joyce remains consistent, pleasant and professional. She cares about the work that she does and it truly shows. Highly recommend her for her work as well as prayer! She has the complete package and she is a beautiful woman inside and out!!

Joyce did a sew in weave for me on Sunday 10/23/16 she is very fast took her about 2 1/2 hours . I have long hair . Joyce was very professional & polite . update 11-8-16 just wanted to advise if you are getting your hair sewed in make sure that Joyce leaves enough hair out. after 2 weeks of wearing this weave I have had 3 people tell me they can see the tracks at the top of my hair where Joyce did not leave enough hair out to cover the tracks. Little disappointed as I paid $120 for this sew in as other shops I went to charged only $100 & did a better job.

Joyce was very nice. I've had my hair braided a lot and this has been my best experience so far. She started with a prayer and recommended a red color for me. Read my mind. She was gentle during her braiding, fast and consistently made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Her shop was nice and clean and she kept it clean as we went along.

I've been getting my hair braided at Joyce's for about 2+ years. Joyce's salon is a cut above any other African hair braiding salon. I got my hair braided today in less than 5 hours for box braids. The quality and style are EXCELLENT.

I went to Joyce to get chrochets and I arrived at 6:40p at 9p I was all done.Her professionalism is awesome she has a calm and warm spirit. Joyce prayed before starting to braid my hair I have received numerous compliments.Overall I will be going to her again and suggesting to others to go as well. I had my hair done just yesterday and I love it. I showed up at 5:30 and she was done by 9:45. She was very sweet and professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there.
