Great customer service! Very great selection. The store was very accomdating and my furniture looks amazing!!

anything from them again! I bought a bed room set last month. Spent $3000. When they delivered my furniture I wasnt home, my wife was there. When I got home an hour after delivery I noticed scratches on dresser, mirror, night stand ( looked like somebody tryed to cover it up with brush and paint) and foot board wasnt closing all the way. I called customer service explained everything. They told me the only thing they can do is to send a technician to fix it!!!! To my brand new furniture send technitian to fix it???!!!!!! I requested to speak with a manager, they told me that manager will call me back in few min. He/she never did. I called back. Finally they agreed to exchange those peaces. I got my new stuff next week. They didnt bring a night stand, and new foot board was bad again. Left side was wider from right side. I told the driver I dont want it. I also showed this delivery guy a night stand with big scratches painted over with some paint and he said It looked like the other delivery people did that on the truck and tryed to cover it up!!!!! They agreed to bring me another one, hopefully good one this time. Last night they came with new foot board and new night stand. This time foot board was ok, but night stand had 6 big "oil" drops on the top!!!!! I told the driver I will not accept it. He told me that this is the only night stand they have on the truck and they can send a technitan out to fix it which I didnt even wanted to hear about again. He went back to his truck and 5 min later he came back with a new night stand!! He told me this night stand is from their next delivery but they can give it to me. When I asked him if they will give my bad night stand to people from their next delivery he didnt say anything just looked at me. I also found out that this delivery guy is the same guy that brought my furniture first time, the one with all those scratches. I asked him straight up if he is the one that was trying to cover up the scratches on my night stant and his reply was "no, not me, maybe the other driver" !!!!!! Overall the furniture quality is poor. I will never buy anything more from Ashley. Their customer service people are rude. Looks like they dont care about the customer. I will be reporting this to their corporate office. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It all costed me a lot of stress and 3 days off from my job because I had to wait for deliverys. Next time I will take my business somewhere alse.
