Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went with my family and we had two young kids with us. First they ran out of everything. Chicken waffles, rice. Then we ordered and were given no napkins. We had two kids (1yr and 5yrs old) that will get messy. We requested napkins. They had ONE SINGLE NAPKIN. ONE. How does a restaurant run out of napkins?! Then we go to the tables.. Not one clean table and the booster seats were filthy. I had to clean them with my hands because there were no paper towels in the bathroom even. Food was great, service was awful. The workers we very unapproachable. Don't go there unless it's through the drive thru and you can tolerate rude people.

Worst service ever waited 5 minutes just to get a yeah what do you want from a lady worker behind the counter, had to repeat order over and over to her then she had to get manager to finish order but wait he was on the phone waited 5 minutes for him and not much better attitude and then they messed up my food order. Avoid at all cost's bring back K F C

They have one manager who is always there, the shift leaders don't show up, and this one person is left to work on his own. I feel they have too many turnovers as far as ?General Managers? and what I have seen as a patron of this business they work this manager over and beyond, and the workers that give there all get the shaft. I personally don't think they give their valued employees the recognition they deserve. I thought they promoted from within, it will be interesting to see if this manager get's rewarded for the great job that he does or will they continue to walk over him. He is consistent, and he is a talented person from what I have seen. Popeye's needs to make sure they don't let him go, his name is Charles.

I wish they could get the orders right.
