Everything about my visit was excellent. The receptionists were very nice and so was the assistant. Dr Wittrig herself was very kind. She did a thorough exam and then explained my options to me with my goals for treatment in mind. She answered every question I had and I never felt rushed. The assistant who had to take my impression for the next visit was exceptionally gentle. Everyone was great and I would highly recommend Dr Wittrig to anyone who needs periodontal care.

To start off the receptionist was rude, then the dental assistant was also rude. They lied saying my prior dentist didn't have xrays, when I signed off to have them sent. They wanted me to spend extra money upfront. After calling my prior dentist they told me they had sent it all. I was going in for a consultation... Nothing else. They also talked down to my ins provider. This is the most unprofessional office I've been to.
I unfortunately never got to meet the Dr. Wittrig. I just hope she isn't as low as her staff. I have never been treated like that by "professionals" before.
