Pardon my french, fu**ing ridiculous! I brought in 2 garbage bags full of name brand stuff. Miss me Hurley North Face Abercrombie Under Armour you name it, I have it. May I add, EVERYTHING was in PERFECT condition. They wanted to give me 5 dollars for a T-shirt!!! That's all they wanted to buy! I will never set foot in that place EVER again! Definitely deserves zero stars!!

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I brought in my "gently used clothing," meaning clothing I have never, ever, ever even worn with the original Forever 21 tags on it even. I brought in $40 high tops, $25 decorative tank, $13 lace bodysuit, and a $15 leather skirt. They turned away my skirt and then had the audacity to offer me $8.60 for all my pieces. $3 for my $40 kicks, you've got to be out of your mind! Not to mention the incredibly, rude, uptight female staff, unbelievable. I heard they have a reputation of ripping people off but this is ridiculous. Worse establishment, business in Bismarck, ND. I pray to god they go out of business and get what they deserve. Disgraceful.

Went to Platos Closet to get rid of 5 NEW jeans that were too tight on my son. Apparently there is some serious shoplifting at JCP and they were told not to take clothes from them if the tags are still on."REALLY" So everyone that goes in there with new clothes is a "shoplifter"? I was very insulted and embarrassed. I obviously bought the jeans on sale and nobody ever pays full price. We just wanted whatever they would pay to get some money back for what we invested. Now, I feel like I'm labeled as a so-called "shoplifter". So all you customers that aren't aware. Take off all your price tags and other tags so you won't be labeled as a shoplifter. Very unpleasant experience and was my first time there. Never will I go there again. 2 thumbs down!! There USED clothes are outrageously priced too. Beware new customers who want to sell NEW clothing!!!
