I have not bought a suit for more than 20 years. This month, though, I bought a suit for a wedding. Later went back to also buy a sport coat and a vest. Along the way also bought three shirts, three ties and a pair of shoes.



I shop Bismarck's Men Warehouse for two reasons, Lynn Turner and Les. These two experts are what every retail service person should be. They are more about listening and responding than they are pushing and selling. They develop relationships that yield sales, unlike others who don't care about you, but just want to push you in to a sale.



I recommend Men's Warehouse Bismarck if you can deal with Lynn or Les.

They did not honor anything they had promised. The manager was no help after a sales person promised prices. I would choose a different place of business to shop at and give your hard earned money! Poor customer service poor management!

went to Bismarck store For Wedding Tux, In Dec. Clerk Told Us No $ Down After Hr And Half. Never Called Us Back, So Went There Last Week And We Were Not Put In Their Comp So There Is NO Record. I have to say that my experiences both via phone and in store were awful. The Bismarck store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called them 2 times, both of which I was made to sound like an idiot when they could not find my order right away. The 2 times I was in the store, no one greated you or helped you at all. Both times I had to go to the back of the store where the employees were sitting there and I had to great them. When I picked my ties up that i had ordered the male employee was incredibly rude to me and when a different female employee stepped in to find where my order was he literally started a yelling arguement with her in front of me. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER......I do like my ties that I ordered but after having to deal with the employees I would never go back..
