By far the most negative experience I've ever had buying anything. The only positive thing I can say is our sales team member was excellent..she was by far the only staff member even remotely concerned about doing her job

I ordered a bed frame and it just got delivered broken, and I was informed it was broken before they delivered, and they asked if I wanted it. They told me someone was supposed to call me to let me know before it got delivered broken and nobody called me to let me know. The delivery men told me their boss knew it broke and told to deliver it anyways. I called and now I have to wait about 10 days for redelivery. Did they really expect me to sleep on a broken bed frame, like would they sleep on it? I don't think so.

I bought a lift coffee table,Two end tables. When went to pick them up after 10 bus. days. They didn't tell me that I had to assemble it. Not only that they wanted me to sigh a paper that I received it in good condition, One problem they were in boxes. I did not sign. And I asked them to open the boxes. It seemed to me that was to much to ask. I told them I didn't pay $1002.00 and take it home to find out it was damaged. Then when I looked at it, It had about 7 holes on all three pieces. The sales man said it was stress marks. When I told him I didn't want it and ask for my money back which I paid in CASH. He said they will have to send me a check. I was not happy about that. I will not go back to I Keating Furniture World. When you buy furniture from them you should not have to assemble at home, If that's the case I will buy from Walmart.
