Legacy Community Federal Credit Union

Legacy Credit Union is NOT customer friendly. I've had an account with them for 20+ years, and they regularly frustrate me. Examples: I had the branch manager promise me to clear a fraudulent fee from my account (I had a witness with me), and then she reversed herself later on. The VP of Operations had to straighten it out. Every time I make a deposit in person, it takes much longer than other institutions where I bank, making me feel like they're running a background check on me while I'm waiting. They place 7-business day holds on bank drafts, rather than 5-days like other financial institutions. Their online "Falcon" security FAILED to detect fraudulent activity on my checking account, and they have no emergency contact number to get help on weekends. I spent a stress-filled weekend watching somebody in eastern Europe drain my account, until I could finally report the activity on the following Monday morning! AVOID THIS INSTITUTION FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY. They do not care about their customers.
