I've gone here several times for dinner with no problem. Except on January 31, 2012. I had the absolute rudest server I have ever had. I have never been treated so poorly any where in my life. She used our table to set her tray down that was full of other people's food. She brought a table (who sat down after us) their dinner salads first (actually we never did receive ours). She left the tray on our table, then ignored us when we tried to ask about the salad. After being ignored for 25 minutes, we decided to leave ( I have never done that before) and told the hostess I just wanted to pay for the drinks and explained how horrible our server was. The manager came over and didn't even try to fix the problem. He just said he didn't know the whole story and the server blamed being triple sat. I told her that didn't happen until AFTER we had been there for 10 minutes. I didn't expect her to be yelled at or berated in front of us, or even at all. I did expect the manager to try and make us happy. He didn't even ask what he could do to better the situation. He just asked us to pay for the food we ordered and take it home. After talking to a dozen or so friends and co-workers I guess that happens often at this restaurant....Poor management and rude employees. I will never go back to this Famous Dave's.
