Each student works one-on-one with an instructor and is given goals and incentives during a well-structured hour to ninety minute session. During this time, if needed, homework help is also provided. Parents are given multiple forms of feedback including daily feedback from students via the ?last stamp of the day?. At the end of each session the instructor asks the student to briefly reflect on what was learned or mastered that day and to write a sentence describing it. Additionally, mastery checks are completed at the end of each prescriptive lesson and available to parents or teachers at any time. The best proof of effectiveness is the positive attitude of the students towards Math and the improvement in grades at school.
