South Hills Nails

I wish I could give NO stars... I used to go here all the time a year or so ago. And recently I was in there and I got a full set. One the shape of them weren't uniform, and I could have painted them this well. The next day I woke up 8 of my nails were lifting and 4 of them looked like they needed a fill and ONLY 24hours after they were done. They either need to be retrained OR close their doors.

I received a full set of acrylic nails at South Hills Nails this past Sunday. They artist cut my cuticles in the same place on seven of my 10 nails with the drill. I was very unhappy. I went to dinner with my girlfriends that night and showed them my cutts. They told me that was definitely unacceptable and to ask for my money back. I went back the next day and showed the artist my hands and both owners accused me of picking my nails. I am a professional and always have my nails manicured. I have never picked my nails especially until they bleed and not in the same place on every nail. The owner told me to sit in his chair that he would fix everything. When I sat down he started drilling my nails off. I asked what he was doing? He said you get your money back then we get our nails back. I was in shock! He already had my whole hand removed so there was nothing I could do except complain. I said is that how you treat your customers? You cutt me in 7 places then you are going to drill off my nails because you gave me a refund. I told the owner I would let everyone on the internet know how they treated their customers. When I left the shop the owner got in her truck and backed me into my parking space and screamed obscenities at me. It was a traumactic experience to say the least.

South Hills Nails is one of the nicest nail salons i have ever been too. They have such a friendly atmosphere and they speak english. Their shop is always really clean and i always get my nails done the way i like them. They have so many designs to choose from. Having my feet pedicured was such a relaxing experience because they have these chairs that massaged my bottom and you get a hot towel too. If your new to the south hills area i recommend you try this place because you will feel at home.
